The HTLP is a long-term monitoring and data analysis program conducted by the National Center for Water Quality Research (NCWQR), a research arm of the science departments at Heidelberg University. The mission of our organization is to generate knowledge about the dynamics of water and soil resources in order to improve water quality and availability.
